Risen Drums has many options for finishes. Mainly there are four finishes that are capable of all being fully customized. This page will help you narrow down some of the options. Remember, if you have a dream in mind, gives us a call and we can make it a reality.

Satin Finish

Our satin finish is a one-color stain applied to the shells. With this option you see a lot of wood grain come through. The satin finish is timeless, mature, and classy without being too flashy.

Color Options:
All colors are mixed in our shop. This means that any color, any shade is possible. We can either match a specific color or work with you to create a unique color. The possibilities are endless, and each new order means a new batch of stain. One more step to assure your kit is as custom and one-of-a-kind as possible.

High Gloss Finish

The high gloss finish is any stained or painted finish that is then buffed to become shiny. The sky is the limit here. With this option you can include fades, bursts, stripes or solids. Start dreaming because anything is possible. As with our kits, if you can dream a color we can create it for you.

Wrap Finish

The wrap finish is our most durable finish available. It is the perfect kit for the touring player who values excellent sound, design, and durability to withstand the brutality the road can dish out. Wrap kits mostly consist of the basic sparkles and glass glitters that you have seen, but can also include many pearl colors or oyster finishes too. If you’ve seen a wrap you like, we can easily get it.

Acrylic Finish

Acrylic drums are back in style, and definitely offer a unique sound and look. Acrylic drums are a higher pitched option. Sound wise these shells will be about 20% brighter and louder than wood.
